Effective Date: June 1, 2026 Last Updated: June 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how 144 Entertainment LLC, on behalf of recording artist Mary Sarah ("Mary Sarah," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit our website at marysarah.com, shop at our online store at marysarah.store, engage with us at live events or through third-party fan engagement platforms (such as set.live and Laylo), interact with our advertising, or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically, and information we receive from third parties.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and mailing or shipping address.

  • Order and purchase information: items purchased, order value, shipping details, and order history.

  • Payment information: when you make a purchase, your payment card or account details are collected and processed by our payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

  • Account information: if you create an account, your login credentials and saved preferences.

  • Communications: messages, survey responses (for example, house concert host surveys), customer service inquiries, and any content you submit to us.

  • Marketing preferences: your choices about receiving emails, text messages, and other communications.

  • Live event and fan engagement data: information you provide when you opt in at a show or through fan engagement platforms (such as set.live and Laylo), including your phone number and your interactions during an event.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits.

  • Cookies and similar technologies: small data files and tracking pixels used to operate the Services, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. See Section 4 for details.

  • Location data: general location inferred from your IP address, and event location when you engage with us at a live show.

1.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from:

  • Service providers that help us operate the store, process payments, send messages, and run ads.

  • Advertising and analytics platforms that share aggregated or device-level information about how you interacted with our ads or content.

  • Fan engagement and live event platforms (such as set.live and Laylo) when you opt in at an event.

  • Social media platforms when you interact with our pages or content, subject to those platforms' own privacy settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and send order confirmations and shipping updates.

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.

  • Send you marketing and promotional communications by email and, where you have opted in, by text message, including new releases, tour news, merchandise drops, and special offers.

  • Personalize your experience and tailor content, offers, and recommendations based on your interests and purchase history.

  • Build and manage our fan database for relationship-building, tour routing, and product planning.

  • Measure and improve the performance of our marketing, including our advertising on third-party platforms.

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.

  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems.

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

3. Text Message (SMS/MMS) Program

If you opt in to receive text messages from us (for example, at checkout, through a sign-up form, or at a live event via a platform such as set.live or Laylo), the following terms apply:

  • Consent: By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

  • Opting out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may receive a final confirmation message. After that, you will not receive further marketing texts unless you opt in again.

  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at 144entertainment@gmail.com.

  • Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and deliver and measure advertising.

Categories of technologies we use:

  • Essential: required to operate the store, process transactions, and keep the site secure.

  • Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the Services so we can improve them.

  • Advertising: allow us and platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to show relevant ads, build audiences, and measure ad performance. These technologies may track conversions (for example, when you visit a page or complete a purchase).

You can control cookies through your browser settings and through the opt-out tools described in Section 8. Disabling certain cookies may affect how the Services function.

Depending on your jurisdiction, some of this activity may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information under applicable law. You can exercise your choices as described in Section 8.

5.3 Legal and Safety

We may disclose information if required by law, in response to legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mary Sarah, our fans, or others, or in connection with an investigation of suspected fraud or illegal activity.
